Everyday wellbeing
How you have been feeling, what is working well and what you would like to improve.
Mercia Health · 01
The Mercia Wellness Check is a structured, pharmacist-led conversation about your lifestyle, wellbeing and the changes you would like to make.
What it is
Your health is more than a number. The Mercia Wellness Check gives you dedicated time to talk through the things that can influence how you feel day to day.
We explore areas such as your routines, activity, nutrition, sleep, stress, habits and personal goals.
The aim is simple: to help you understand where you are now and identify realistic opportunities to make positive changes.
Your Wellness Check
The exact conversation is tailored to you, but typically covers the following areas.
How you have been feeling, what is working well and what you would like to improve.
Your current eating patterns, routines and the small changes that may work for your lifestyle.
Your current activity levels, routines and opportunities to build more movement into everyday life.
Your sleep routine and practical habits that may help support better rest.
The pressures in your everyday life and practical ways of creating better balance.
What matters to you and the changes you would genuinely like to make.
The experience
You complete a short wellbeing questionnaire so we can make the most of your time together.
You have dedicated time with a pharmacist to discuss your lifestyle, wellbeing and goals.
We agree a small number of practical actions for you to take away.
If you want more support, our Lifestyle Support service can help you stay accountable and keep building your habits.
After your Wellness Check
Lifestyle Support provides ongoing encouragement and practical support after your initial check.
